From the City of Bellaire:

The Bellaire Public Works Department will again be flushing fire hydrants throughout the City for between 10 and 30 minutes per hydrant for the next several days.  This is being done as part of routine system maintenance and to ensure that the water in the lines throughout the community is fresh and clean prior to the hottest days of summer.
