Here's the difference in the wall along 610 and the new one on 59 near Chimney Rock. Why is the 59 one some much taller?
The one on 59 is as tall as a 2 story house!

Yes it's quite a difference. The wall on 59 is huge!

I drove over where the wall is up, north of the Chevron property and I really couldn't tell a difference in the sound level. I'm not sure it does anything.
