Anyone else think Evelyn's Park needs to improve their landscaping? There are so many plants that look more like weeds than plants and the park is just so barren looking. It's just not a pretty park.

Funding issue? According to their website one day it will look like this.

I have to agree. I went to Smart Financial Center recently and was admiring their pretty landscaping, nothing fancy but pretty. The park definitely could use some improvement!
