Curbside hold pickup returns to Bellaire City Library on Monday, May 4. The library remains closed to the public for your safety until further notice, but you can put your favorite author or DVD on hold and once the item available for check out you will be notified. When your hold is ready, you simply call the library at 713-662-8160, tell us you have arrived and your books will be checked out to you and placed in a bin out front for you to take home and enjoy.
While the library is closed, we don’t want for you to worry about fines during this stressful time. No fines will be charged for items due from March 19 to until the date the library resumes full service. If you are ready to return library material the book drop is always open. For those who may have our library books locked in at their school, watch for dates announced by the schools that will allow students to retrieve personal items. Once you have the books, simply place them in the book drop out front of the library.
