Notice is given that the City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, will meet on February 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411, to consider the passage of an ordinance and such other action as may be deemed necessary to authorize the issuance of certificate of obligation in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $7,000,000.00.
