In a few short months, Bellaire Broiler Burger will reopen with a remodeled building and a few new offerings.
According to Culture Map Houston, “restaurateur Jason Scheinthal purchased Bellaire Broiler Burger’s building and intellectual property, including recipes and branding, from its previous owner Tom Daneman.” Once the building remodel is complete, it will also serve menu items from the popular Roadster Grill. The food from both restaurants will be prepared “just the way it was” according to the new owner.
Some new offerings on the menu will include beer, wine, and cocktails. Scheinthal plans to add a few new food items as well.
It is expected to take 4 or 5 months to make the necessary renovations but in the meantime, you can order some Bellaire Broiler Burgers from their food truck next to the restaurant.
