A gunman fired multiple shots at a car near Beechnut and Mullins as a mother drove home with her two children, Monday, May 22.
According to Click2Houston.com, “The mother of two said the bullet went through his right leg, grazed his stomach and into his left leg, breaking the femur.”
The child was crying but his mother did not realize he had been hit until they arrived at home and she saw blood.
Police are asking anyone in the area who has surveillance cameras to review their video to see if they have any helpful information.
