The Bellaire City Council will conduct a rescheduled public hearing on Monday, September 21, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by the Houston Independent School District (HISD) to amend Specific Use Permit S-89 to change the site plan approved on September 18, 2017, to construct and operate a baseball facility at 6300 Avenue B, Bellaire, Texas. The amendment would change the site plan to include the construction and operation of a softball facility at 6300 Avenue B, Bellaire, Texas, in addition to a baseball facility.
It is anticipated that this rescheduled public hearing will be conducted telephonically, with participation instructions to be provided on the agenda when posted. If the rescheduledpublic hearing can be held in person, the location for the hearing would be the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
