From the City of Bellaire:

The Bellaire City Library is excited to announce they will open on June 3 per the 25% capacity limit (25 persons) described by Governor Abbott.  Services available will be book browsing and public computers.  We are not offering programs or scheduling meetings.  Curbside pick-up will continue.

Plexiglass shields will be in place to protect patrons and library staff, and visitors will be asked to wear face coverings.  The Library team has developed a plan for disinfecting surfaces and for the safe collection of money.  Tables and chairs have been arranged to promote social distancing. The door will be monitored to ensure the 25% occupancy limit is not exceeded.

Monday morning beginning June 8, senior adults ages 50 and up, have an exclusive hour from 9 am – 10 am.
