July was proclaimed Parks and Recreation Month in the City of Bellaire, in recognition of the benefits derived from parks and recreation resources in the community.
REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
The Monthly Financial Report for May 2019 was presented by Chief Financial Officer Terrence Beaman.
REGULAR SESSION ACTION ITEMS
Approved a curfew suspension for the Bellaire High School Softball Boosters to host their 17th Annual BBQ Fundraiser at Feld Park from August 29 through August 31.
Approved a request to proceed with a budgeted, partial payment to Horizon|Christensen for the Municipal Facilities Project relating to the temporary build-out of the Police Department during construction and the new Police and Municipal Court Building in the amount of $437,931.26.
