On November 5, 2019, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. the City of Bellaire will hold its General Election for the purpose of electing a Mayor and three Council Members (Position No. 2, Position No. 4, and Position No. 6).
The filing dates and times that applications may be filed for a place on the November General Election ballot are from Saturday, July 20, 2019, through Monday, August 19, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. Applications may be filed with the office of the City Clerk, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411, during the referenced filing dates from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
In accordance with Texas Election Code, Form AW3-2a, titled “Notice of Deadline to File Applications for Place on the Ballot,” has been posted on the City’s official bulletin board and can be reviewed using the following link:
Candidate notebooks are currently in production and should be available the first week of July 2019.
