From the City of Bellaire:
The construction of the Bonds for Better Bellaire 2016 Spruce Street and North Fifth Street Project is underway. The traffic patterns in the area have been changed to accommodate construction activities and keep drivers safe.
Traffic pattern changes include the following:
· North Fifth is temporarily closed between Bissonnet and Cedar Street
· North Fifth is one way northbound between Cedar Street and Spruce Street
· Cedar Street and Spruce Street is open to two-way traffic currently
For your safety and the safety of others, please follow all detour and construction traffic control signage (One Way, Do Not Enter, Road Closed, etc.)
