West University honors Judge Ed Emmett.

From the City of West University:

City Council was honored to recognize West U resident, Judge Ed Emmett at Monday night’s City Council meeting with a Key to the City. Judge Emmett was recognized for the tremendous service he gave to both West U and Harris Co.
