REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
The monthly financial report for January 2019 was presented by Chief Financial Officer Terrence Beaman.
REGULAR SESSION ACTION ITEMS
Approved the following re-appointments for two-year terms: Lisa A. Wesley, Presiding Judge of theMunicipal Court, Robert C. Richter, Assistant City Attorney (Prosecutor), E. Stanley Topek, Deputy Assistant City Attorney (Deputy Prosecutor)
Amended the school zone sections of the Traffic Control Regulations of the City Code so as to reflect revised school schedules, to clarify school zone limits, and to grant authority to the Public Works Director to modify school zones as appropriate.
CLOSED SESSION
Conducted the annual review of the City Manager. In open session, the City Council approved a $6,000annual salary increase for the City Manager.
