Landrigan’s artist note for ‘Persevering’ sums up the feeling her painting creates—“When the challenges come and they will, as we wade deeper into our lives and confront the forces of defeat, there comes a moment when our spirit rallies and we push back with everything we have. I push back, l shoulder the weight of my struggle with few regrets and I am not afraid. And beneath a smile, knowing that I lived my life with joy and resilience, I persevere.”
Landrigan is known for her powerful and emotional acrylic paintings, whimsical drawings and handmade sterling silver jewelry.
