Adair Concepts will bring a new restaurant to the yellow house at Evelyn’s Park.  The restaurant group operates local favorites Adair Kitchen, Skeeter’s, and Los Tios as well as other Houston restaurants.

The cafe will be called Betsy’s at Evelyn’s Park, named after Betsy Adair, and will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the menu will be breakfast tacos, smoothies, wood-fired pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. They will also serve beer and wine. They hope to eventually add some fun with outdoor grill nights, movies on the lawn, and pop-up events.

Evelyn’s Park director Patricia King-Ritter said, “The Adairs have been serving the Bellaire community and surrounding communities for almost 30 years. The Adair children grew up in Bellaire only blocks away from Teas Nursery, and their parents — Betsy and Gary Adair — still live in the neighborhood. Evelyn’s Park has been committed to finding an operator that understands the needs of our park guests and enhances their overall experience. We no doubt found the perfect shepherd of the Yellow House in Adair Concepts.”

Betsy’s is expected to open this fall.
