The City of Bellaire will host a neighborhood meeting on the Second Water and Wastewater Replacement Project on Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The meeting will be located in the CenterPoint Energy Community Center at 7001 Fifth Street in Bellaire 77401.
