The City of Bellaire is creating a Community Pathways Plan with the goal of improving bicycle and pedestrian travel throughout the City. This plan identifies potential new projects that could be incorporated into the future Capital Improvement Program.
This draft Plan is open for public comments on the project website. The tentative schedule is to take this Plan for approval to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board March 21, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission April 12, 2018. City Council review will occur on May 7, 2018.
