The City of Bellaire would like to remind residents that the City is unable to haul off construction debris generated by restoration or remodeling contractors. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure that the renovation or remodeling debris is hauled off by their contractor.
The City will continue to provide storm debris hauling services for those residents who have not yet completed remediating their home since Harvey. To schedule a pickup of storm debris, please email or call the Public Works Department at pw@bellairetx.gov or (713) 662 – 8150.
Additionally, the City’s debris hauling contractor will be completing operations in the Houston area within the next few weeks. If your property sustained damage caused by the storm debris removal operation, please let us know. To clarify, the damage in question must be related to the removal operation and not simply a result of the presence of a debris pile.
