On Saturday – Sunday, October 14-15, 2017, Bayou City Art Festival Downtown will spotlight over 300 artists in 19 different disciplines. The festival is a sophisticated outdoor gallery under the iconic Houston skyline, transforming the streets into artistic avenues bursting with color. Patrons
can also enjoy music, entertainment, food trucks a Children’s Creative Zone and much more.
Bayou City Art Festival will take place in Downtown, Houston surrounding City Hall and Sam Houston Park, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The weekend festival is an interactive outdoor fine art event for people of all ages.
The Art Colony Association, Inc. produces one of the top-ranked fine art festivals in the country. Over the past 46 years, Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park in the spring and Downtown in the fall has raised approximately 3.5 million dollars for local non-profit programs throughout the Greater Houston area.
