Blood Bros BBQ partners Robin andTerry Wong and Quy Hoang will be opening their first brick and mortar restaurant in the Bellaire Triangle.
According to Chron.com, “the Wongs, who are brothers, own Glitter Karaoke bar in Midtown. Several years ago, they asked high school buddy Hoang – a restless home cook and backyard griller – to cook for their weekly steak night at the bar. He would eventually start experimenting with smoked meats. The event became so popular that they decided to team up on a new venture: Blood Bros. BBQ.”
They hope to open the restaurant in 7 to 8 months.
