SDI Realty Advisors, owner of Bellaire Town Center, plans to tear down the existing strip center in the 5100 block of Bellaire Blvd. They will build a new two-story complex which will be nearly twice the size and include a parking garage.

According to the Houston Chronicle, ” The first phase is to include a 16,000-square-foot building where some of the center’s existing tenants will move as the rest of the property is demolished and rebuilt. The entire project is expected to be completed by spring 2019.  Existing tenants Costa Brava Bistro, Lemongrass Cafe, Coldwell Banker and Dream Dinners are expected to move into the new space.”

The plan is to bring more restaurants and office space to Bellaire. Charles Shears, managing partner of SDI Realty Advisors, said “there could be as many as five restaurants on the property.”
