The Bellaire City Council will meet in Regular Session on Monday, May 17, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411. The meeting will include a workshop with “discussion regarding a recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission to amend various sections within Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas, including the replacement of the Technical Research Park District with a new zoning district to be titled North Bellaire Special Development District.”
The agenda for the workshop contains proposed amendments by council member Catherine Lewis to the Planning and Zoning recommendations.
