This project is part of the Bonds for Better Bellaire 2016 Program, where $20 million is dedicated to new street, drainage and sidewalk improvements city-wide. The purpose of this project is to replace aging street pavement, improve storm sewer inlet and drainage capacity, and improve sidewalk quality.
