PATRONS for Bellaire Parks (ie, PATRONS) is celebrating the 11th Anniversary for Wine and Tapas, our largest annual fundraiser, on March 23, 2019. To mark this monumental year, Wine and Tapas’ theme is “Boots and Bling” where you will experience the vibe of the great State of Texas right in Bellaire Town Square. The proceeds will go towards adding new and fun play features in our smaller pocket parks.
